Halfhere Premium is available in two plans: Monthly at €9.99/month and Annual at €99.90/year, VAT included. Features are identical in both plans.
Every new subscription includes a 7-day free trial. A payment method is requested at sign-up, but no amount is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, the subscription activates automatically with the first charge.
The subscription renews automatically at each cycle (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from the customer portal, accessible from Settings → Subscription. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for; no pro-rata refunds are provided for the remaining period, except as set out under the right of withdrawal.
Under European consumer rights law, you can withdraw within 14 days of the first charge by contacting us; the amount paid will be refunded. By starting to use the service during the free trial, you agree that the digital service is supplied immediately.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Halfhere does not store and never has access to your full payment card data. If a payment fails, the provider automatically retries the charge; after repeated failures, the subscription is suspended.
You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings, even without an active subscription. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription: cancel it first from the customer portal.
